The Endless Landscape depicts an utopian universe, a picturesque, impressionistic paradise filled with nostalgia, dreams and hopes.
A double polyptych is a construction set of 12 parts - separate independent paintings, each of which has a replacement from another polyptych. All works fit together like a single puzzle, creating 76 multi-meaning combinations.
In fact, each picture is a separate branch of reality that the artist creates, harmonious with the other branches and connecting with them into a single whole, each time replacing with its content adding new meanings.
Depicting recognizable symbols using the technique of multi-layered oil painting - willows near the water, blossoms, shadows of people and spirits, the glow of the sun at dawn, the soft light of the moon - the author invites to contemplate inner nature and silence through a visual walk through the ordered chaos of brushstrokes, textures and colors.
